Yes. We can replace baseboards, install new quarter round, or reinstall existing trim depending on the project and your preference. We discuss options and include this in your quote.

We inspect the subfloor before installation. If leveling is needed, we use self-leveling compound to create a flat surface. This prevents issues like hollow spots, cracking, or uneven wear. Leveling is quoted separately if significant work is required.

Not always. If your existing baseboards are in good condition, we can carefully remove and reinstall them. However, if they are damaged, outdated, or if you are changing flooring height significantly, new baseboards may be recommended. We can also add quarter round to cover expansion gaps if you prefer to keep existing baseboards.

LVP (luxury vinyl plank) and tile are the most pet-friendly options. Both are scratch-resistant, waterproof, and easy to clean. LVP is softer underfoot, while tile is extremely durable. We help you choose based on your specific needs.

Tile adhesive typically needs 24 hours to set. Grout needs 24-48 hours to cure before exposure to water. We provide specific guidance based on your installation, but plan for 2-3 days before full shower use.

In many cases, yes. If you have spare tiles or we can source a close match, we can replace cracked or damaged tiles. We assess the subfloor underneath to ensure the replacement won't crack again. For older tile, matching can be difficult. We'll let you know upfront if a full replacement makes more sense.
